2024 Great Canadian Kilt Skate

South Glengarry hosted The Great Canadian Kilt Skate yesterday at the Char-Lan Recreation Centre.   The event was a great success having many skaters with or without kilts who enjoyed celebrating our Scottish heritage. The event started with the South Glengarry Pipe Band introducing the crowd with some of their traditional Scottish tunes. Some of the performances throughout the afternoon include the Char-Lan Skating Club who entertained the crowd with a variety of solo skates. The McCullough Dancers also performed in the Tartan Hall, providing spectators with a fantastic show.  We would like to thank everyone for coming!
