The Township of South Glengarry requires permits, licenses, or applications for certain activities. If you're unsure whether your project or activity needs one, please contact the Township office our staff will be happy to assist you.

Planning Pre-Consultation: Contact the Community Planner to schedule a pre-consultation meeting for any planning applications.

Building Permit Applications: Applications can be submitted by email, regular mail, or dropped off in the mailbox located by the main entrance of the municipal office at 6 Oak Street, Lancaster

Building Inspections: Can be scheduled by calling 613-347-1166 ext. 2205 or by e-mailing your request. Please remember to include the permit number, address of the project and stage of inspection.
