Council and Committee Meetings

Regular Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month. If a meeting falls on a holiday, it will be held on the Tuesday of that week.

Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers (Tartan Hall) at the Char-Lan Recreation Centre.

Council meetings are recorded whenever possible and posted to the Township's YouTube channel. Please note that recordings may not be available due to technical issues or if the meeting is held at an alternate location.

Full agenda packages, including supporting documents, are typically posted on the Friday before each scheduled Council meeting.
