Accessing Township Records

You have the right to request Township records, including those containing your personal information (with some exceptions).

How to Make a Request

To file a Freedom of Information (FOI) request, you must:

Response Time

The Clerk will respond within 30 calendar days.
If more time is needed, you’ll receive written notice explaining the reason for the delay.

No FOI Request Needed?

Some records are already available to the public.
These fall under our Routine Disclosure Policy and do not require a formal FOI request.
