Road Work Notice – Paving Scheduled
Please be advised that paving will take place (weather permitting) on the following roads:
Monday, July 14, 2025 – 7:00 AM
Beaverbrook Road between County Road 20 and Chapel Road
Tuesday, July 15, 2025 – 7:00 AM
Chapel Road from County Road 18 to the Beaudette River Bridge
Drivers are asked to expect delays and use alternative routes where possible.

TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made by Neil Shaver, agent - Torben Ruddock, EFI Engineering, for a minor variance from the provisions of Zoning By-Law 38-09 of the Township of South Glengarry, as amended, (being a by-law respecting the use of land and the use and location of buildings) for the property that is legally described as Part of Lot 13, Concession 2, Front, being Parts 4, and 5 on Reference Plan 14R1373; in the Geographic Township of Charlottenburgh, now in the Township of South Glengarry, County of Glengarry, located south of Hay Road (Pin 671240182) for the following reasons:

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Glengarry will hold a public meeting on Monday, July 14th, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers located at the Tartan Hall, Char Lan Recreation Centre, 19740 John Street, Williamstown, to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to the Municipality’s Zoning By-law under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, for the property legally described as Part of lot 24, Concession 6, in the Geographic Township of Lancaster, now in the Township of South Glengarry, County of Glengarry (PIN 671420058), located at 21127 County Rd 18 - Concession Rd 5, North Lancaster.
