2026 Business and Community Award Recipients Announced
The Township of South Glengarry is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2026 Business and Community Awards, recognizing individuals and businesses whose leadership, service, innovation and success continue to strengthen our community.
This year’s recipients are:
- Citizen of the Year: Malcolm “Mackie” Robertson
- Business of the Year: Red Maple Building Corp.
- Excellence in Agriculture: Francis Chretien
- Community Service Award: Ellen Crothers (Mathew’s Toy Mountain)
- Entrepreneur of the Year: Shawn Fowler
- Youth Merit Award: Caedmon Van Putten
The awards will be presented at the 2026 Business and Community Awards Gala on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Heritage Golf Club. The Township congratulates this year’s recipients and thanks everyone who submitted a nomination.
