Jamie Fawthrop Appointed CAO of SDG Counties

The Township of South Glengarry congratulates Jamie Fawthrop on his appointment as Chief Administrative Officer with the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, effective June 1, 2026.

Jamie has served as CAO for the Township of South Glengarry and has brought 15 years of progressive municipal leadership experience in eastern Ontario to the role. During his time with the Township, he has provided steady leadership, supported Council priorities, and helped guide key initiatives that benefit our residents and staff.

While we are sorry to see Jamie leave South Glengarry, we are proud to see him take on this important leadership role at the Counties level. His appointment reflects his commitment to public service and his strong understanding of municipal government in our region.
