Notice of Public Meeting - ZBLW 09-2026
The Township of South Glengarry has received a complete application for a proposed amendment to Zoning By-law 38-09 for a portion of the property located at 20447 Concession Road 3.
The application proposes to rezone the subject lands from Agricultural (AG) to Agricultural – Exception Forty-One (AG-41). The amendment would reduce the minimum lot area from 20 hectares to 4.73 hectares and prohibit residential construction on the property.
A public meeting will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Tartan Hall, Char-Lan Recreation Centre, 19740 John Street, Williamstown. Members of the public may attend and provide written or verbal comments in support of or opposition to the proposed amendment.
