TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Glengarry gives
Public Notice of the receipt of an Application for a Plan of Subdivision in accordance with
Subsection 51(19.4) of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, as amended and Subsection 4 of Ontario
Regulation 544/06.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Glengarry has
received a complete zoning amendment application to consider a proposed zoning by-law
amendment to the Municipality’s Zoning By-law 38-09, as amended, under Section 34 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
LANDS AFFECTED: The subject property is legally described as Part of Lot L, Concession 1
Front, being Parts 1 to 4 on RP14R-2348, in the geographic Township of Charlottenburgh, now
in the Township of South Glengarry, County of Glengarry, located at 20361 County Road 2.
FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Township of South Glengarry will hold a
public meeting on Monday, September 28th, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a proposed Plan
of Subdivision and a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to the Municipality’s Zoning By-law
under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, in the Council Chambers
located at the Tartan Hall, Char Lan Recreation Centre, 19740 John Street, Williamstown.
