Remembrance Day Office Closure and Final Leaf & Yard Waste Collection

By Township of South Glengarry - Nov 06, 2026

Our municipal office will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, in observance of Remembrance Day. Regular office hours will resume on Thursday, November 12.

There will be no changes to garbage collection. Residents should place their garbage out on their regularly scheduled collection day.

Residents are also reminded that November 9–13 is the final week for curbside leaf and yard waste collection this season. Please have your materials ready for your scheduled collection day.

We pause to honour and remember those who served and sacrificed. Lest we forget.
