Screening and Hearing Officers Appointed
Council has appointed Screening and Hearing Officers to support the enforcement of the Township’s Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS), which came into effect on January 1. These officers are responsible for reviewing and adjudicating disputes related to penalties issued under the program.
