Seasonal curbside waste collection for private roads will end on November 27th.
Starting the week of December 1st, all waste materials must be brought to your common collection area for pick-up.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Glengarry will hold a public meeting on Monday, September 16th, 2024 at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers located at the Tartan Hall, Char Lan Recreation Centre, 19740 John Street, Williamstown, to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to the Municipality’s Zoning By-law under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, for the property legally described as Part of lot 38, Concession 7 being part 1 of RP14R724 and part 1 of RP14R1013, in the Geographic Township of Lancaster, now in the Township of South Glengarry, County of Glengarry, located at 4451 County Road 34 (PIN 671420245).
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - GLEN ROAD
Please be advised that Glen Rd from Kraft Rd to County Road 27 (Summerstown Rd) will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, August 28th.

The results are in! Thank you to everyone who participated in our poll to help determine the themes for two historic murals which will beautify Lancaster's main street. The winning themes are "Historic River Scene" and "Early Farming Settlers".
