2024 Ontario Building Code: Key Changes Effective January 1, 2025

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) announced a new 2024 Ontario Building Code (OBC) which will be effective starting January 1st, 2025. 

The Township of South Glengarry reminds residents of seasonal sidewalk closures for public safety during the winter months:

The updated Fee By-Law has been finalized and is now available for review.
