Landfill Registration Pass

A valid landfill registration pass is required to use your free entries.

• Cost: $20.00 (one-time fee)
• Available at the Township Office or any landfill site during operating hours
• Your vehicle must be registered and linked to your pass

If you change vehicles, lost your card or require a replacement:

• Bring your existing pass to the Township Office
• A replacement will be issued at no charge

Free Landfill Access

The Township provides residential property owners with 2 free landfill entries per year to dispose of non-commercial, non-hazardous waste.

These entries can be used on separate days or both on the same day.

When you arrive at the landfill, you must:

• Show identification confirming you are the property owner
• Present a valid landfill registration pass

If someone is bringing waste on your behalf:

• You must obtain an Authorization Card from the Municipal Office (6 Oak St., Lancaster) prior to disposal.
• The person delivering the waste must present this card to the attendant at each visit.

Vehicle Requirements for Free Access

• Accepted: car, van, pickup truck, or small utility trailer
• No vehicles or trailers with company logos
• Larger vehicles or trailers will be subject to tipping fees

Additional Information

• Free entries are only valid during regular landfill operating days and hours
• Authorization Cards are required for all third-party drop-offs
• Consider donating or recycling items where possible to help reduce landfill waste
• The Township reserves the right to refuse access or turn away any person or load that does not meet landfill requirements, including but not limited to improper materials, lack of identification, or non-compliance with site rules.
